Senior Trainer & Administration For Land Transportation

Location : Papua

Requirements Lowongan Kerja Papua Desember 2012:

    Male, max. 45 years old
    Bachelor/Master degree, preferable fromAny Major, Human Resource Management, Lawor Psychology
    Minimum 10 Years working experience as training supervisor preferably in Transportation Industries
    Have an experience in train good customer service at th transportation industry such a taxi, or car rent
    Understand Man power Regulation
    Have knowledge in operations based human resource management isssues, and preparation of reports
    Having Experience in Industrial Realation
    Good Leadership. Able to lead at least 100 direct workers, self starter and high initiative
    Have excellent skills in : analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, planning, and organization
    Computer literate, good knowledge of Microsoft office operations
    Fluency in English both oral and written is essential
    Willing to be work at Site Area (Papua)
